One of my very favorite things about living the life I live is the ability I have to work from restaurants, cafés, and shared office spaces. For me this is more than just trying teas and snacks at cute little spots – and don’t get me wrong, I LOVE to do that – rather, it’s about the creative vibe that happens when I am in a new space that I click with. So often, the people watching and the ambient noise help me slip into a creative space that unleashes cool ideas. I have never been one to do well in fluorescent-lighted spaces with cubicles and no windows. In fact, that previous sentence describes my personal nightmare. But a good spot with beautiful natural light and other creative people working on their passions – that, to me, is the best.
