// Just landed back in France and was taken by all // Just landed back in France and was taken by all the colza fields from above. 🌾🌼🌾🌼🌾 If you cross France by car or train in the month of April you’ll see yellow in every direction. Most people come to France now for cherry blossoms 🌸 , but I say hop on a bike 🚲 and cruise through these fields. They are beautiful! 💛💛 If you’re so inclined, I have an article on my blog with more photos, activity suggestions, and bike rental info. 🚴🏼 See my stories and plan a trip to Les Yvelines. #goodyvelines
// A year ago today at Lac Daumesnil. 🧡💛 It’s been so warm this year that the colors aren’t nearly this vibrant. The lake is in one of the two forests just outside Paris. It’s so nice to have them nearby when city life becomes too much. 🤯Aaand those boats are for rent and lots of fun in the summer. ☀️🛶

// Seven years ago this week… hard to beat a gre // Seven years ago this week… hard to beat a great apéro on a beautiful Parisian balcony. 🥖🧀🍒🥂 I sure do miss that one. I was out there nearly every day. ✨ Would you join me for a drink out here?
// Have you truly experienced Amsterdam if you hav // Have you truly experienced Amsterdam if you haven’t been on a boat ride there? 🚤 I say no way! I take one every time I visit again and I always take it with @blueboatcompany. They offer many tours throughout the day from their convenient location near Leidseplein. Grab some wine and a snack from their ticketing office, then sit back and relax as you take in this gorgeous city. 🇳🇱❌❌❌
// Back from a little getaway in Provence (stories // Back from a little getaway in Provence (stories to come), and I’m thinking about all the lovely products there are to buy down there. Have you even been to Provence if you didn’t stock up on all things lavender? 🤣💜💜

My Paris Story

Connaître Julia

• I can’t live without music, specifically the Beatles and Classic Rock.

• I have always loved houses and decorating them. When I was little, I wanted to be an interior decorator when I grew up.

• If I didn’t do what I do, I would be studying people’s creative processes.

• I am an insatiable student of all things relating to the Law of Attraction and metaphysics.

• The two books that most changed my life are The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle.

• I am an HSP with many HSP friends.

• I am passionate about animal rights and plant-based living.

• I have always enjoyed studying languages. I speak English and French fluently and have studied Dutch and Italian. Spanish is next.

• I have always loved hotels. My parents have been known to select our family vacation hotels based on whether or not I would approve!

• In France, my drink of choice is either Kir or champagne. Back home in the U.S., I usually opt for a G&T.
