// Currently riding through the French countryside // Currently riding through the French countryside 🚆 thinking about how much I love France and how much fun this was to shoot exactly 4 years ago. What is better than frolicking in the middle of a French vineyard and sipping wine 🍷 with this view?? #fob_julia #fallingoffbicycles #lovejadot
// Have you truly experienced Amsterdam if you hav // Have you truly experienced Amsterdam if you haven’t been on a boat ride there? 🚤 I say no way! I take one every time I visit again and I always take it with @blueboatcompany. They offer many tours throughout the day from their convenient location near Leidseplein. Grab some wine and a snack from their ticketing office, then sit back and relax as you take in this gorgeous city. 🇳🇱❌❌❌
// A very Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! // A very Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! 🍽🍁 Take a moment today even if you don’t celebrate to reflect on what you are grateful for. The immediate shift you feel, especially when you’ve been feeling down, is remarkable and can instantly change the course of your day. 💛 #fob_bicycle💚🚲 #fallingoffbicycles
Christmastime at Château Vaux le Vicomte 🎄✨ I visi Christmastime at Château Vaux le Vicomte 🎄✨ I visited here during the festive season a few years ago, but I still think often of these beautiful castle decorations. 🏰
// Still one of my favorite shoots… a weekend in B // Still one of my favorite shoots… a weekend in Beaune and the surrounding area. Our days were filled with delicious meals, excellent wine, and lessons on the gastronomic history of the Côte d’Or. if you haven’t done a tour of wineries in Bourgogne, you’re missing out! 🍷🍷

// First post of 2024! It’s only fitting that ther // First post of 2024! It’s only fitting that there be a bike in it, as well as a cute Parisian façade. 🚲🚪🧀 This one happens to be a neighborhood cheese shop in the 7th arrondissement and beloved fromagerie of a certain American chef with her very own Parisian apartment. (The lingering Christmas decorations halfway into January is très parisien. 😆)
My interest in this platform has waned greatly in recent years but I still find inspiration in my surroundings and enjoy sharing pretty things, special events, and fun places I visit. My Paris Story

Connaître Julia

• I can’t live without music, specifically the Beatles and Classic Rock.

• I have always loved houses and decorating them. When I was little, I wanted to be an interior decorator when I grew up.

• If I didn’t do what I do, I would be studying people’s creative processes.

• I am an insatiable student of all things relating to the Law of Attraction and metaphysics.

• The two books that most changed my life are The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle.

• I am an HSP with many HSP friends.

• I am passionate about animal rights and plant-based living.

• I have always enjoyed studying languages. I speak English and French fluently and have studied Dutch and Italian. Spanish is next.

• I have always loved hotels. My parents have been known to select our family vacation hotels based on whether or not I would approve!

• In France, my drink of choice is either Kir or champagne. Back home in the U.S., I usually opt for a G&T.
